You can register with an account to save your information in our system or proceed without an account if you prefer; having an account with us makes scheduling makeups and credit card payments easy. We do not save credit card numbers or account passwords. Either way, please provide us with a mobile number where we can reach you in case of weather cancellations or other urgent issues about your class.
IMPORTANT: If you choose to opt-in for texting during your registration, please do not opt out of email - that is the way we communicate with you 98% of the time. We use texting only for urgent matters like cancelled class.
Fees are per enrolled child for a complete semester of classes. See fee information here. Unless you make a prior arrangement, your seat in class is not secure until tuition is paid. Families with unpaid tuition fees by the end of the first week of class will be dropped.
You can pay at registration, or return to your online account to pay later after your deposit for class materials. Either way your payment is secure. You may also mail in a check payable to Heartland Music Together, 8127 LaGrange Road #22376, Louisville, KY 40252.
About 1st and 2nd choices
We ask you for a 2nd choice just in case your 1st choice doesn't fill. Experience has shown us that at least six enrolled families is the minimum for the children to get the full benefit of the Music Together® program - and for you to get your money's worth! If you haven't heard from us by the week before the semester starts, that means you are in your 1st choice class. If you need to check your status before that, just send us an email.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand unexpected things do happen, but please help us keep our enrollments accurate and fair. Once you register and tuition is paid, we save you a seat in class; if you decide not to attend, we need to know right away (email@example.com) as there could be families on a waitlist for the class you're dropping. If you withdraw before class starts, we'll be glad to give you a full refund or credit in your account that will never expire. If you drop during the first three weeks of a 10-week session, our policy is to refund or credit half the tuition fee you've paid. After Week 3, we're sorry, but no refunds or credits are available.
